i really hate how every fucking project is delayed/ hang/ on hold deal to various reason not becoz of my problem

seriously if i will have my company one day and u are my employee
if u dun pick up ur phone twice in a roll u're fucking fired
really tired as fuck to pick up my phone and calling 10 times a day to a number which no one is answering me
